Refund Policy

REFUNDS

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any bookings.

Car, Tempo Traveler, Coach Rentals, Tour Packages, and Group Tours:

  • Cancellation before 72 hours of Arrival: A cancellation fee of 20% of the package cost will be charged.
  • Cancellation before 48 hours of Arrival: A cancellation fee of 40% of the package cost will be charged.
  • Cancellation before 24 hours of Arrival: A cancellation fee of 50% of the package cost will be charged.
  • Cancellation within 24 hours of Arrival: No refund will be given.
  • Missed or Unused Services: No refund will be provided for any missed or unused services of the tour for any reason.

 

Changes to Bookings:

You may request changes to the date or time of your booking. To make such changes, you must notify us at least two days before the scheduled departure time. Changes can be made by visiting our branch.
